Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes we do. Wherever our expertise is required, we'll show up
What is required to book the date?
- Inform us on the package you are most suitable with
- After receiving an Invoice, pay a non-refundable 50% retainer
- Carefully read the contract and accept the terms and conditions
- Consider yourself booked ;-)
Will you post our photographs online?
Preferably yes. A great portion of my clientele is based on social media, therefore i would appreciate the privilege to post. Alternative arrangements can be set for Private Clients
When is the best time to schedule an Engagement Shoot?
Engagement shoots are to be scheduled months before the big day, preferably a date which is convenient for both parties. All shoots are take place on location in Windhoek. The client is to cover all additional costs that may incur for shoots outside of Windhoek.
NB: Planning of an engagement shoot may only be arranged when the booking has been confirmed.
Delivery time.
Due to the demand for our services, please allow for the following timelines:
* Portraits - 2 weeks
* Engagement Shoot - 3 weeks
* Wedding Photographs - 16 weeks
* Wedding Album (after approval of layout) - 10 weeks
Travel.
Weddings outside of Windhoek may incur additional Transport & Accommodation costs
How Does The Process Work?
1. Fill out form
If you'd want me to capture your love story, send me a brief note using the form on my Contact page and we'll get started preparing your session.
2. Sign Contract
We sign the contract once we have agreed on all of the specifics, and your date is officially reserved in my calendar.
3. The Big Day
We'll plan out the entire day down to the smallest detail. We'll set aside certain times to capture formal photos of you and your family, as well as simply the two of you.
4. Photos & Prints
Seven days following your wedding, you'll receive a slideshow with 30 previews. The whole photo gallery will be emailed to you three months following your wedding. Following that, we will be able to confirm any prints or albums.
